And yes, I AM an agent, do your research. Just like you, I can play a dual-role too. I just do it ethically. Also, you said she wanted to meet producers, but why did you decide it was your job to introduce her to them if, as you said before, this was still her 'audition' stage. Your story isn't adding up.
As far as BPAV, I'm not trying to 'file a complaint' here, I'm just telling you that maybe you should understand what the BPAV's 'best practices' really mean before you claim that you support them, since you obviously do not adhere to them.

She HAD finished the "audition" process....and it was a success. That was the only reason why I took her to the events. I wouldn’t take someone who didn’t want to be there to and industry event so she could get free drinks (PJ Party) and mingle with the local celebes.
I was only trying to convey the message to you...for which I cannot do since you’re in you’re word as I am in mine. Once again opinions are like assholes and everyone got 'em it is not for you to decide what your definition of BPAV rules, regs or specs are it is theirs, unless you actually work for them then you would have a shot.
