Bah.. winter is great and, while most people would call Wisconsin winters harsh, we've had some really wimpy winters the last couple years as compared to when I was growing up as a kid. The old adage "when I was a kid" is VERY true when it comes to winter around here IMHO. They have been starting much later than they used to and have either been pretty mild/average for both or had an abundance of snow or an abundance of cold but neither together on a grand scale like it used to be.
