Yeah, that's my recollection as well. And whether it's legal or not, you're going after pedo's if you're intentionally trying to make the audience THINK she's under 18.
I have no idea what all the ins and outs are, maybe as long as you state all models are over 18 you're free and clear. I dont know, that's not a park I play in regardless of what Peaches thinks.
But there are some sites that clearly push the edge of that envelope. I checked the sponsor list, so I'll name a couple of names that aren't on the protected list....hehe. Recent example is Little April....she looks 15 and they appear to do everything they can to keep it that way. Another one that comes to mind that is independent is Kirsten of Kirsten's Room....she looks like a pudgy 16 year old....and has looked that way for what? 8 years or so now? She's gotta be pushing 30...hehe.
