i am not going to look it up.... but i am 99.9% sure that intentionally making a model look under age and depicting her in graphic sexual shots is illegal. i remember reading up on the laws about this and remember the comments of someone once on netpond, claiming to be a police officer many years ago that completely broke it down (i believe it was right after one of the big busts in vancouver - with the underage girl on cam).
