Solution: you finance the sale of 75% interest to Alien, including 10K cash and he in turn will turn it into a profitable business (probably by late next week at the most) and you both will win. You will get more value and a higher return than a sale right now and alien will finally become the millionaire he always knew he could be and show the entire adult biz why he is a genius.
