Jace, don't let these guys get to you, nobody is suing you. All that will happen is that you will be subpoenaed to do a deposition in court in the legal proceedings against the new Oprano management. It's just a question and answer session in front of a jury. As long as you are honest and tell the truth you have nothing to worry about.
