and when people made fun of me for asking about exit consoles, when I had no idea that the creator of exit consoles posted on this board, is just plain retarded. Why, instead of being pricks and laughing, didn't someone say "hey, the guy Robin that posts on this board created them, he would be the first person to ask, he is very knowledgable about it all...."?
i dont' care how old or bitter I am, as long as I am in this biz and someone needs help, I will always be there to answer them to the best of my ability, and if I can't answer them I shut up and let someone else.....

Exit consoles... How many times does a customer say no before saying yes to a sale? Average 7 times. Exit console is another way for you to ask for the sale.
Your problems can be easily broken down to this.
