THE SURFER IS NOT YOUR FRIEND, the surfer is a commodity. He is to be made money from, bought, sold or traded for another to profit from
The surfer does not respect you, the surfer uses you and you should make a profit from it
If your profits are higher without exit consoles (which seems very strange to me) then do not use exit consoles except to trade that surfer out for another who you might be able to monetize
Anyone who says they respect the surfer BEFORE they have made a profit from them is not maximizing earnings
After they pay might be a different story
