I bought a 30 acre farm right over the border NC/VA. I looked all over NC outside Char where my mom and sister are. They live in Carmel area off Fairview. I even looked at a 40 acre place in SC right over the border. I kept driving and driving... I finally found this place.
I am 2 1/2 hours from Char. I am in Char a few times a month.
Do you guys shoot any content there or is it all nerd shit there? (editing, paperwork, you know)
