You a big customer of our data center ( wich was losing money and was buying BW at almost 200$ a Mbit then reselling it at 40$ ) not a good game plan in my eyes. ( however somehow Pedro has seemed to pull it off and I wish him the best of luck in his future and have a new respect for him for doing so however he did it ) Like I said it makes no difference to me if that was a bail out from your "e-mail marketing plan" or if it was hard work and determination by pedro with a different way to fund operations .The success or failure of that company has nothing to do with me anymore, and I have nothing but good thoughts and wishes for my old friend Pedro. I wish him a hearty congratulations on his ability to pull the data center back to a good and profitable business. ( on a pedro note he knows he or should he always has an open door with us)
I icqed and called " warned" you that the data center was in financial trouble and that I did not see how it would survive I know what a big baby you are and how much you like to run your mouth on a board when you think you got something, So considering Pedro was moving away from adult business, and Boldy and I were moving deeper into the adult business I knew we would be the one around the boards and the industry. I felt that once your servers crashed ( and how they didn't I will never know but as said before, I give a big Kudos and congratulations to Pedro and vielka for pulling that off however they did it as I know how deep in debt it was at the time and what the inner workings at the time and situation was) I assumed I would be the one to take the biggest board bashing over you losing your servers even though I was gone from the company prior to it happening. Since there was a possiblitity of us still doing business in the future and both being in adult, I did not want you to have a catastrophy and lose some as you called them " mission critical" servers for your " e-mail marketing plan" and end that relationship.
in hindsight the whole thing showed me Pedro had some smart moves up his sleeve and was sucessful at pulling the data center out of a crisis , a business decision that I was not prepared to put my focus and energy on at the time . ( his focus was solely on that, and mine was on earl Miller and making that new relationship as successful as it could be ) We were at a crossroads business wise and we made an amicable decison to split. I do not now, or have I ever had any hard feelings for Pedro.
You however took a warning, that was at the time given to you in a business desicon to be just that a warning so that you could not later say that you were not warned, or " how could I not have told you " and tried to start some bullshit with it later on ....

I think this move is the best thing for Oprano, I think Bishop is a smart seasoned veteran with a lot of good business to offer to people.
I have the ultimate respect for AEBN a strong proven industry veteran
and I think Gonzo also sees the value of a good newbie and will offer help in that regard.
So I think this is quite possibly the best team of ownership that Oprano has ever had.
and to bring the thread back to where it should be. I am sure that they will do everything in their power to make this a successful place once again.
