I do not agree that the traffic will be there. I have worked on quality sites before with kickass content, and the traffic didn't just magically appear. traffic, whether good or bad, takes a LOT of work
ultimately, I personally think that the basis of a good site is a equal ratio of good traffic and good content...together, both are the most important
