Not sure JoesHo, but I mean, think of it like this.

People suck dick or eat pussy. They then at some point, stick their toothbrush in their mouths to brush their teeth. So... without having washed it, a toothbrush is along the same lines as a dirty dildo. Vaguely, but the connections are there in my brain.. lol
