I think what Inabon is trying to say is that no matter where you go you have to take into account of not pissing off the local politicians because one way or another they CAN find a law or just harrass you if they want to so you should do as much a spossible to minimize the chances of that happening. Yes that happens here in the USA all the time .
However , even a liberal like me feels safer here than in a third world country .
look at the guys from hoollland that were shot in the back twice in the philipines.
is all that really worth the money you save?
and is it that big of a profit margin increase?
