If anyone can help me, I would really really appreciate it.
I'm looking to work on a fixed rate or percentage fee for a program.
I got lots of experience in adult and mainstream design... I've been working as a web designer full time since 1998.

I'm not looking to get work (I got orders in at the moment) I am actually looking to work as part of a team for a program.
Thanks
