I had a couple of hiking trips up the mountains (I was assured they weren't "up the mountains" like my house - more of a leisurely walk) scheduled last year. And Gabe knows some very good hidden foodie places around town
I signed up and have hotel reservations at the Marriott Courtyard which is supposedly less than 2 blocks down the road with many people staying there. I haven't committed as far as a plane ticket though.....I would be going to see people, not do biz.
