I would have changed it to "ketchup," though. All my life I've had an almost phobic dislike of the word "catsup." It may have something to do with the fact that my unfortunate father attempted to be funny once and told his young daughter that horseradish was made up out of ground up horses. That sparked a brief but lively confrontation with my mother. I was sobbing in my room, but *did* hear my father shrieking "how in the absolute FUCK could she BELIEVE...." Poor Dad had a rough go of it with me. Anyway, that might explain the "catsup" thing.
I'd better go have more coffee before I explain something else and someone gets hurt.
