I hate to admit it, but that (or something like it) could make our local paper.

I'm a city boy, so it was hard to get used to the idea that someone who shoplifts $700 from the local Walmart would warrant a headline in type that I thought was reserved for declarations of war.

We haven't had anything too unusual lately, but we had a guy about a year and a half ago who was finally caught after he'd been sighted several times over a couple of weeks, hanging around hog confinement barns in the nude.

Cut into pork consumption at my girlfriend's family's Sunday suppers for a while, lemme tell ya.
