A *resolution* in the state senate for "restraint of trade"???
That has to be unconstitutional. I don't know what the t-shirts say and I don't care. This is an outright abuse of senatorial powers.
The only barometer of clothing sales should be the consumer. If the t-shirts are offensive to you, don't buy them.
