I started a company after my wife had our third child and my wife volunteered to handle most of the computer and paperwork. She had all the experience to handle running most of the business except one.... following directions.
Our working together lasted three days and we've never tried it since. If she wanted to do everything her way then I guess she should have started her own company.
Every business team I've been on has a Coach and Players, not JUST coaches and not JUST players. I've always heard you either Lead, Follow or Get the Hell Out of the Way!
So now, Who's the BOSS?
