Unfucking believeable. I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I needed to get a haircut as I have been trying to grow my hair long and it needed to be cut to look nice for the wedding. Well I go downtown and put enoygh money for an hour and 10 minutes worth of time figuring that would give me plenty of time to get a haircut and grab a bite to eat. I sat down within 5 minutes of going in there and by the time I had gotten done with just the haircut and got back to my car I had already gotten a parking ticket 45 minutes earlier!!
