I really hate to say this. But scientists have been saying this for a while and it's come true. Get used to many more hurricanes each season and stronger ones where category 3-5 is the norm.
I predict in the next few years coastal properties in the South are going to do a 180 and become
undesireable properties.
Btw, don't kill the messenger. I get no glee out of this; trust me on that.
