Gee... and here all I've got is an apartment full of college students that like to come home at 3am drunk and blaring their car stereos and think it is appropriate.

oh... there's the landlord that likes to cut grass outside my window at 730 am.... usually on a saturday when I'm sleeping off a hangover.
Damn, I forgot about the chronic pot smoking roomate (wait we were talking about neighbors) . How about the drug dealer (i'm assuming) who's buzz to get into the apartment is deceptively similar to mine so I get phone calls from random people to get into the building at all hours.
