Every neighborhood seems to have at least one annoying neighbor. I don't have a Homeowner's Association but there's someone in my neighborhood that sends letters with No Return Address complaining about shit.
They bitch about cars parked in the yard or changing your oil in your own damn driveway or telling you to keep you grass cut more. Who the hell are these people??
I've got teenagers; we have lots of guests. I change my own oil and cut my damn grass when I feel like it. Got any annoying neighbors and any ideas on how to handle these people that need to get a life?
