Uhm no. It's like trading up in the world of vices. While smoking is definatly bad for you, diet pills are worse. Completely ignoring the long term health risks, if you smoke to many cigs at one time you'll get a nasty cough and maybe barf your brains out. Take too many diet pills at one time and hello aneurism.
