There was the time I was banging my old girlfriend's cousin, in her cousin's bed, with my girlfriend in the next room. Yes, I did get caught, but that didn't end the relationship. That ended when she caught me banging the same cousin in her car right outside of my girlfriend's house!!
There was also that time when my own cousin was blowing me in the laundry room of her house (I was 14, she was 15), and her father (my uncle) walked in on us. That was a fun time too!
