There was something on the news recently about a class action in the Us about normal ipods and faults .. they admitted the problems with ipod now, but refuse to allow any class action suit to be taken out in the UK. Then they release the nano .. it doesnt need to be an ipod to play itunes .. any mp3 player will do it
