It is simple, I am project lead on this thing and I got really good momentum at the start and now I am dropping the ball on getting it back up to speed. My fault, my problem. But hopefully it will be addressed.

The project I have been working on is one where I got a note saying "hey, my programmer quit on me, can you finish it up?"

So, I have been working in "seat of my pants" mode, taking defintion from what was already done, trying to salvage code that is already written where I can, trying to take care of scope creep (Client sending a note, can we add this here or can we add that there) and still trying to get the whole thing done in a forthright manner. I am at this point 20 days into the project. We are getting close to done though...(lolol if you can ever call anything "done" in the programming world).

Now, the good news from this is I have developed a shit load of new code, some of it very cool and when I get back to the TGP project I will be able to share some new moethods that will come in handy, especially when we get to the submission script. I have also developed a pretty nice "framework" that will allow quick set up of a custom site and for anyonewho wants it I will probably share some of that code in the TGP project too

So, if I can get my head out of my ass for a little bit, I will get step 5 written and up to date and go from there.

*tweak*
One can *hardly* call what you've been doing having your "head up your ass." The code you've gathered will be *great* for us when you can get back to the project. All will be well.

Trev...thanks for the kind words, crumpet. I have to get back to that and write more...at the moment my creative juices have taken a nosedive, though.
