the only way to see a hockey game is live and in person. watching it on tv doesnt do it justice, especially when you are close to the action.
get as close to the ice as possible, and towards the middle of the rink (its all a matter of opinion), but the closer the better. never ever sat by the bench, sure you get to be by the players, but they are focused on the game... im sure there are people who like to sit behind the net, but i'd rather have a fuller view of the ice. its all personal preference, but just remember - as close as possible
