There are all kinds of programs that will analyze your raw logs and tell you where traffic is coming from and what search terms they use.
If you're on a server running CP, you've got access to Urchin. It's in your control panel - actually tons of different log analyzers are in your control panel.
If you've got Telnet access you can set up Urchin to run through your logs even if it isn't installed by default on the server. There are also a bunch of programs that will run on your home computer, you download and feed your logs to them and they spit out the results.
