From my understanding (and it's limited at best
) those who are helping others repair and fix their problems are exempt from the evacuation. That would include the Directnic's of NOLA. That wouldn't include the reporters who probably currently comprise the majority of those still in NOLA. Kinda like little cockroaches they keep appearing en masse
There are quite a few reporters I wish they'd take a swing at....
