Carter, Dem. - 79 days off
Reagan, Rep. - 335 days off
Bush Sr., Rep. - 543 days off
Clinton, Dem. - 152 days off
Bush Jr., Rep. - 250 days off ... so far - 27% of his presidency on vacation

Gee, a pattern emerges. What a surprise. Not.
