I mentioned walking because the guys in those pics don't look like spring chickens and going hardcore could potentially cause more damage than benefit. As well you don't need to go all fitness fanatic to do it. All you need is some comfy shoes and a water bottle plus most anyone can do it safely and possibly add years to their life.
