When I load your page I'm still getting that you're trying to load pivot_template.css from 2 locations,

The one being pulled from /pivot_template.css still has:
#leftcolumn {
position: absolute;
left: 0px;
width: 200px;
margin-top: 4px;
top: 422px;
background-color: #CC0000;


}

The one being pull from /pivot/templates/pivot_template.css is correct as it is
#leftcolumn {
position: absolute;
left: 0px;
width: 200px;
margin-top: 4px;
background-color: #CC0000;


}

This is how the head of the page looks at the moment:




This css file is the one that is being loaded and is wrong
This css file is correct but isn't being used as the one at root is being loaded


So if you delete the call to: the page will work.
