I've taken another look and in the pivot_template.css you need to take out this:
#leftcolumn {
position: absolute;
left: 0px;
width: 200px;
margin-top: 4px;
top: 422px;
background-color: #CC0000;

If you take out the top: 422px; the colum will align at the top the way the others do. As for the overlap issue, thats down to the referers url length. Is there a template in the pivot set for Last Referrers? if so can you post it or send me a copy so I can take a look at it?
