NPR rebroadcasts fairly topical speeches made at the National Press Club, and the one I heard today was given on May 20 by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.
In a very small segment of his remarks, he mentioned recently signing regulations designed to require producers to ensure that models were old enough. He didn't go into any great detail.
I thought it interesting that he went from that to mentioning a newly formed "Obscenity" division.
