Sigh.. I should be doing errands right now but instead I had to waste half my day because the auto shop can't get it right to fix one tire. I needed a new left rear tire because it was flatt and worn though the right rear was still in decent shape. So i go in and tell em what I need done and then wait for 45 minutes, pay my bill, tell em I'll probably be in next month sometime to change the other three and head out the door to go do some errands. So I'm over in the next city and putting in gas and look dowen at the gas tank and lo and behold what do I see... a brand new right rear tire!! :angry:
They changed the wrong fucking tire. Ok, i'm annoyed because I now have to drive back and get the correct tire changed because I just have fix a flat stuff in the one that needed repair and I get back there and was extremely nice about it and said "sorry to bother ya but you guys changed the wrong tire." and spend another 35 minutes waiting to get the tire changed.. Now, for the pain in the ass and mistake what would you as an owner do? Would you put on the old tire and leave it at that or would you eat the cost of the second tire and put a new one on for the mistake and try and get a long term customer? Needless to say i'll spend the money to go SOMEWHERE ELSE as they did nothing to really say, hey, sorry about that as he seemed more upset that he would have to have someone change it than that they had screwed up.
Ah well.. giuess I'll go and try and finish a few ererands now. <_<
