As for what tips folks off that a growshow is a growshow? SMELL.....no matter WHAT, eventually the plants totally smell....without ventilation the moisture ruins the walls etc...mildew smell.....with ventilation (which the 'good' shows have) you'll smell it a mile away once the plants are a decent size....

I hear alot of "growers" here in the UK run flexiducting through the sewers to remove the smell
