As for aging,
if you learned from Winetalk, you'd never said that,
aging is Good like with wine.
makes one balanced and smoothes all rough edges caused by too much gas in "uts" wines
and most important - I don't know a single "ut" who hasn't aged...some did turn into vinegar, though
you are not exactly teen yourself no more, and every day getting you older and older and older...but still lots of gas, I admit that
