I monitor here off and on between stuff during the day.
If I go to other boards (other than the one I am now ignoring) it is usually because of a thread here directing me or because I am looking for a particular person.
I have a tendency to get addicted to board stuff, so if I spend too much time on boards I tend to get nothing else done.
