The model releases and ids and such would be kept secure and a content producer would have to provide a client with a special password to get to them.

The info that would be available to all would be the list of all aliases, the list of all media that the model appeared on, the list of all others who appeared with him/her, the list of producers that the model had worked with.

All the papertrail other than the ids and releases.
If you don't have ID and signed model release, then you really don't have paperwork.

The model security problem with your idea really rests in that it forces the content producer to determine whether or not the person buying the license is legitimate or not. Let's face it, it ain't that hard to buy a domain, go to a webmaster resource site, find a content producer, and tell them you're buying content for a site that is under construction.

Take your average adult webmaster tradeshow attendee, pluck them from that environment and put them into the general public on the sidewalk. Would you trust them? That's kinda iffy, if you ask me.
