You need to be more explicit for people, Nick. Don't just tell them to "move offshore" because they'll think "oh, I just need to host outside the U.S." That doesn't cut it, you're still a U.S. citizen who has to comply with U.S. laws. You'd have to physically move your FFN ass out of the country and renounce citizenship.
Or just comply with the law.
