I took my last driver's test when I was 15 years old and 3 inches shorter, why could I possible be needed to be tested again?
I have a ton of friends that are here on overstayed visas driving with no drivers license. Would you prefer they continue driving with no license or insurance or be issued licenses? They are also working, wouldn't it be better if they were given social security numbers and paying taxes?
