Understood, and i prefer it as well, at minimum a good phone call to check the waters.
But are you completely unmoved by how someone comes accross to you on the boards?

but it is also one of our industries most commonly used media and communication systems.
If a brick and mortar supplier called me out of the blue and called me a cocksucker or a dipshit, i wouldnt just right it off to..."haha just a phone call, Im sure he's a nice guy in public!"..lol
