This is business, pure and simple; and, if an employee acts in a way that can cost the company current or future revenues, then the situation calls for an action, be it a lecture or a firing.

Brad you got to realize some people's value system consists of "He's a good guy....he bought me drinks."
Dont take a stand against anything and soon you will fall down. All I can say is I hope some pople enjoy their time in this business. The next job might not have these types of parties to attend.
