This was heard this on the patio of the Nat Net Hospitality suite at Cybernet Expo 99 in Montreal

I happend out to the patio for a smoke and sat down on a ledge and overheard the entire funny bit

To the best of my knowledge no one took him up on the offer then and there


My next clue for tomorrow would have been
