there are several ways to go here
1. get bitchy and start with a new account (and give sponsor an excuse to really shave you or drop you)
2. just play with your other good performing sponsors untill you start going back to good ratios with offending sponsor (yes they turn of the shave when they don´t see traffic)
3. just say fuck it and send traffic and get paid (not recommended cause traffic is traffic)
but before you do any or all the above make sure it is not you fucking up.
this is like the bible man read it interpret it and if God doesn´t get pissed off keep doing it.
