I´m stuck in time in a decade later than you guys ;-)))
Laid back relaxing party:
Luniz - I Got Five
Dr. Dre - Nuthin´ But A "G" Thang
2pac - California Love
DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince - Summertime
Blackstreet - No Diggity
+ more in the same genre....
These always improve the beer drinking at the pub:
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet home alabama
The Dubliners - Whiskey In The Jar
Guns N' Roses - Paradise City
When its time to enter "the zone":
The Prodigy - Out Of Space
U 96 - Das Boot
and anything EuroDance, Vocal Trance, Goa/Psytrance, Chillout will do ;-))

Rolo,
There are members here who can attest that between 1999 to 2003, you could hear Luniz, Black Rob, and other assorted Gansta Rap coming out of the Viper or Infiniti.
I'm actually loving T.I.'s new shit right now.
