There are independent franchises like TakeOut Taxi, etc. I don't know that there is anything national.
As far as pizza chains, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesers, Papa Johns.
An early .bomb company that tried something similar was Kozmo. They had distribution centers, wanted to take orders and deliver whatever you needed, wherever you were -- within an hour. They did cover NYC pretty well and hired couriers to supplement their own delivery teams. They opened in Atlanta, DC, Chicago (I think) and later folded.
