Is Choker a person? I was under the impression that it was a 'type' of traffic not a person sending it as I got this quote from someone "He actually designed choker traffic"
So if Choker is a person, this dude is... His Dad? lol
In all seriousness, if it is a person please point me toward the site and if it is a type of traffic please elaborate as to exactly what it is.
