Must be an Aussie Girl thing but I too have a spider & dentist phobia.
The only good spider is a 2 dimensional spider...come to think of it - the same could be said about dentists....(something to ponder)
I am that paranoid about spiders I need to see the body ( presumabily after someone else has heard my hysterics and come to my rescue ) in its squished state to ensure it is infact dead and not just scuttled away to hide to scare the willies out of me latter...( I'm not sure what it is about those hairy, eight leggered, buggers that can cover vast distances in seconds running sideways, that makes me uncomfortable but something does )
